About Us

We are a not-for-profit home care agency located in Grand Junction, Colorado. Our role is to be an integral link in the continuum of health care by delivering high-quality, cost-effective services to area residents and their families.

What We Do Best

Assisting clients to regain their independence is our main focus.

To accomplish that, we offer specialized rehabilitation and high-tech, professionally-skilled medical staff to meet the health care needs of clients of all ages in what we believe is the most nurturing of settings – at home.

We are uniquely staffed to provide neonatal and pediatric care to critically-ill infants and children. Education and training for family caregivers is also an important part of our service.  

Infusion therapy and wound care are among our specialties.

Our staff includes occupational, physical and speech therapists, nurses, certified nursing assistants and social workers. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to deliver skilled care.

We also offer a wide range of personal care and monitoring services through our Wellness Program.

We are Medicare/Medicaid certified. Private insurance and private pay are also accepted.
